Warranty Team Leader - Future Opportunities
Due to exceptional marketplace growth, Automotive Warranty Network is considering candidates for future Team Leader openings. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an experienced Warranty Administrator with multiple manufacturers and DMS backgrounds, along with at least five years of high-volume, end-to-end claims processing experience.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
This position requires previous automotive dealership experience managing warranty claims. The Team Leader must provide excellent customer service through accurate claims processing, identify training opportunities within dealerships, and consistently demonstrate professionalism and integrity. This is a full-time opportunity; part-time work is not available, and the role requires a non-compete agreement.
The Team Leader should be passionate about teaching, guiding, and modeling best practices for warranty claim processing. This role leads a team of Warranty Administrators and helps them successfully manage day-to-day processing for assigned dealers, including DMS software use, accounting knowledge, OEM warranty policy, and applicable state regulations.

Work remotely within the U.S., or from our Greenwood Village, CO office if located nearby.

Annual compensation range: $75,000–$85,000
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, the Team Leader oversees warranty claim accuracy, compliance, dealer support, and day-to-day team guidance.
Review claims for compliance with manufacturer policies and procedures
Use AWN’s proprietary CARS application to help resolve dealer compliance issues
Book warranty claims accurately and efficiently
Close claims in accordance with dealer and manufacturer requirements
Submit claims for payment and monitor claim status through resolution
Research and resolve accounting differences related to claim payments
Maintain clean warranty receivable schedules to support proper cash flow for dealer clients
Maintain required certifications and current knowledge of manufacturer policies and procedures
Support dealerships in maintaining compliance with manufacturer policies
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Candidates must bring hands-on dealership warranty experience, strong accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with consistent follow-through.
Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator in a franchised automotive dealership
Extensive accounting experience with a strong understanding of automotive dealership general ledger processes
Ability to manage concurrent tasks with strong organization and follow-through
Strong desire to learn, take initiative, and independently find solutions
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIRED SKILLS:
Ability to motivate others to achieve their highest potential, particularly within dealership environments
Strong working knowledge of DMS software
Knowledge of automotive dealership service department operations
Knowledge of warranty accounting processes
Proficiency in reviewing technician stories and applying appropriate labor codes
Certification or formal training with at least one manufacturer
